Gangtok - is a city, municipality, the capital and the largest town of the Indian state of Sikkim. It also is the headquarters of the East Sikkimdistrict. Gangtok is located in the eastern Himalayan range, at an elevation of 1,650 m (5,410 ft). Pelling - is a small hill town in the district of West Sikkim, India. Pelling is nestled at an altitude of 2,150 m (7,200 feet). The town is located at a distance of 10 km from the district headquarters of Geyzing and 131km from Gangtok.
